Formed in 1990 by Larry Cushman, Cushman Construction, LLC is a fully licensed and insured General Contractor specializing in residential construction. Being a family owned and operated business, Larry and his team have a hands-on approach to all phases of their projects. Larry is a 3rd generation carpenter with over 40 years of experience in the carpentry trade. His son, Patrick, joined the company full-time in 2000 as a 4th generation carpenter and is skilled in all phases of carpentry and on-site management. His wife, Mary, joined the company in 2004 and manages all office, accounting and record keeping aspects of the operation. They employ their own full-time carpenters.
Cushman Construction, LLC performs their own framing, siding, roofing, finish and custom carpentry, and has a reliable and experienced group of subcontractors (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, etc.) for your custom project. In addition to constructing new homes, Cushman Construction, LLC specializes in home additions, basement finishes, custom remodeling (including kitchens and bathrooms), construction of decks and screened porches, and replacements of windows and doors.
